After years of serving as a personal chef and operating Scratch Catering Chef Donny Strackbein and His Wife Jennifer opened their first restaurant just outside of his hometown of Jefferson Township (population 3814) in 2010. Years later we are now bringing those same small town values, friendly service and fresh farm raised foods to our newest adventures. We would be honored to have you dine with us.
